Application:

The control cabinet, based on an industrial controller, allows for stepwise adjustment of the performance of wastewater treatment plants depending on the different operating conditions of these plants.

The controller interacts with a soft start device that ensures smooth start and stop of pumps with a standard three-phase motor. The control parameters are transmitted via special signal sensors. Depending on the type of sensor, different types of control are possible. Depending on the power requirement or the selected time programme, the main pumps are switched on or off automatically. Depending on the number of pumps and the requirements for the control process, the control systems are designed in different ways. The system includes a programme for levelling the operating time of the pumps. The use of industrial controllers allows the functionality to be expanded in a variety of ways (modularly) to any level of complexity, including monitoring and control of auxiliary equipment.

Application:

The device is used to maintain the pressure within the specified range by connecting the pump via a soft starter (type -SS) or directly from the mains (type -DE) and is used as a basic pump protection and control unit.

Can be used as a drainage pump protection unit.

Application:

- distribution of operating time between pumps;

- automatic switching of ‘working/standby’, backup in case of failure of one of the twin or single pumps;

- automatic step control of the pump system based on signals from external sensors (float switches, pressure switches, electrocontact pressure gauge, analogue pressure sensor 4-20 mA.
